Dyna DuMore here, Fit X-pert at http://www.X-chrom.com. I’ve seen it all for over 10 years now as far as sports bra fit issues go. I’ve learned not every sports bra style is for every body. Whether you are a 34B or a 36DD or a 32E, you have different needs and priorities.
One style I always recommend to consider if support and RVM®(restricted vertical movement) are your priorities and you are at least a C cup, is the Enell Serious Support Bra(read review). If you are looking for the strongest compression sports bra you can find, this is it.
The Enell Lite bra is the counter-punch to the Enell Serious Support Bra. What the Enell company discovered is women who love the overall design and features of the Enell Serious Support Bra don’t always want all that compression.
So, they came out with what they’ve called the Enell Lite Bra. They were going for the same overall bra that offered the same benefits but with some contour instead of all that compression.
I can tell you they really did hit the target! I have yet to find a bra that can offer such nice natural contour and front close capability in a silky soft fabric with this kind of comfort and durability.
As with the Serious Support Bra, the Enell Lite helps with posture support given its wide racer back and straps. And, folks who love the Enell Serious Support Bra see the front eye-hook close as easy and a relief compared to the traditional back eye-hook close. You’ll find this feature in the Lite version too.
The downside is the price. Wow! This Enell Lite Bra should be $85 at full retail price.
The good news is most retailers realize this price is very out of reach for many and are willing to take a hit on the Enell Lite for you.
But, one has to wonder why the Enell Serious Support Bra, the total squisher, is $79 at full retail price while the Enell Lite is a whopping $10 more. I guess natural contour doesn’t come cheap for the Enell company.
