Wicking sports bras
When the concept of wearing sports bras was born, the handful of styles made were made with cotton.
Now, sports bras are made with technical fabrics like Dri-Fit® and CoolMax®. And, the term related to these fabrics is called “wicking”.
What does “wicking” mean in the world of sports bras?
Wicking is related to how the fabric of a sports bra performs. Yes, the fabric performs. If it wicks, it pulls moisture away from your skin to the outside layer of the sports bra. This enables the sports bra to dry quickly. If a sports bra can dry quickly, you will stay cooler.
Bottom Line? A sports bra that wicks will keep you more comfortable so you can focus on your activities and aspirations.
Look for wickability in a sports bra to help you achieve your goals. By the way, cotton feels great but offers little wickability.
Here are some sports bra styles with excellent wickability:
Moving Comfort Fiona Bra
Champion PowerBack Underwire Bra
Moving Comfort Calli Bra
Moving Comfort A/B Phoebe Bra
